1. Overview and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to XRORX. By registering an account, depositing funds, purchasing subscriptions, or accessing our BDIX bypass SOCKS5 proxy infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all XRORX services.

2. Service Description and Delivery

XRORX operates high-performance SOCKS5 proxy routing servers hosted on domestic Bangladesh Internet Exchange (BDIX) peered networks. Our service enables subscribers in Bangladesh to utilize their domestic BDIX line capacity to access international internet traffic at accelerated speeds.

• Subscribers receive unique SOCKS5 credentials (host, port, username, and password) for device configuration.
• Bandwidth tiers range from 20 Mbps to 300 Mbps, subject to the chosen weekly, monthly, or yearly plan.
• FTP server routing and access to domestic content hubs is available as an optional add-on feature.
• Service is delivered digitally through the user dashboard immediately upon plan activation.

3. User Eligibility and Account Security

To maintain an active account with XRORX, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have verifiable parental or guardian authorization.
• You must possess an active broadband connection with an ISP in Bangladesh that supports BDIX routing.
• You must provide accurate, verifiable registration information (Gmail address).
• You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and proxy credentials.
• Each proxy subscription is provisioned for one concurrent device connection at a time. Simultaneous unauthorized connections across multiple devices are prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use and Network Integrity

Subscribers agree to use XRORX proxy servers solely for lawful personal or business data transit. You expressly agree NOT to engage in:

• Any activity violating Bangladeshi law, telecommunications regulations, or international cybersecurity laws.
• Port scanning, network vulnerability probing, credential stuffing, or brute-force attacks.
• Denial-of-Service (DoS / DDoS) attacks or operating stresser / booter tools through proxy tunnels.
• Distributing malicious software, ransomware, worms, or trojans.
• Spamming, automated email scraping, or mass phishing campaigns.
• Sharing, reselling, or public redistribution of assigned proxy credentials without written authorization.
• Attempting to bypass platform rate limits, router firewalls, or concurrency controls.

5. Service Availability and Performance Disclaimers

We endeavor to maintain 99% server availability. However, subscribers acknowledge that:

• Actual achieved speeds depend entirely on your local ISP's BDIX routing quality, peering latency, and underlying line bandwidth.
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance on server nodes may cause temporary connectivity interruptions.
• XRORX reserves the right to reconfigure, relocate, or optimize server clusters to maintain overall network stability.
• Proxy credentials may be regenerated via the user dashboard subject to daily safety limits.

6. Billing, Payments, and Wallet Policy

• All pricing is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; users renew manually from the dashboard prior to expiration.
• Wallet Deposits Non-Refundable: All account top-ups and wallet balances deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Deposited funds have no expiration date and remain available for future proxy purchases.
• Promotional top-up credits carry zero monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.
• All subscription refund claims are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

XRORX services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. XRORX does not warrant that proxy services will meet all individual requirements, operate without interruption, or that specific external servers will remain permanently unthrottled.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XRORX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption—arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

XRORX reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. Continued use of our proxy infrastructure following revisions constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
