Setup help

Stuck on Proxifier, V2RayN, NekoBox, Potatso, or a router config? Send your ISP name and a redacted screenshot — answer is usually a couple of messages away.

Outages & status

If the proxy feels slow or unreachable, check the Telegram channel before opening a thread — most short incidents are already pinned there.

Before you message

  • Include your ISP name and city — performance varies per ISP / area, and we usually have notes on yours.
  • For speed issues, share your speedtest.net BDIX result and Linode Singapore raw result.
  • For setup issues, a redacted screenshot of your proxy client (with the password blurred) usually resolves it in one round trip.
  • For payments, the bKash / Nagad / Rocket transaction ID — not the amount — is what we need to look up the entry.
