Before you message
- Include your ISP name and city — performance varies per ISP / area, and we usually have notes on yours.
- For speed issues, share your speedtest.net BDIX result and Linode Singapore raw result.
- For setup issues, a redacted screenshot of your proxy client (with the password blurred) usually resolves it in one round trip.
- For payments, the bKash / Nagad / Rocket transaction ID — not the amount — is what we need to look up the entry.
